You have three important methods for capturing your thoughts:
The Chronological Method: Day-by-day, month-by-month, year-by-year. If this is preferred, then emphasize Chapter 1 as your most-favored approach.
The Life-Subject Format: Use the pertinent chapters to cover every aspect of life, providing a wonderful repository of your writing.
